• When does the Hotel open and close?

The Hotel opens in May and closes in September.

• When will the swimming-pool be available?

It will be available from opening to closing day.

• What time can guests check in?

Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m.

• What time are guests expected to check-out?

Check-out time is within 10:00 a.m.

• What times are meals being served?

Breakfast is served from 7:45 to 9:30 am, lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm and dinner from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

• What time does the Hotel close?

The Hotel is open round the clock. The 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. shift is covered by the night concierge.

• What about the swimming-pool?

The swimming-pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The whirlpool system is available from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• Is the beach service included in the price list?

The Hotel provides one sun umbrella, one sunbed and one deck-chair per bedroom with a minimum stay of three nights.

• Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time

• Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?

Unfortunately not. The position of the sun umbrella on the beach depends exclusively on the availability at check-in time.

• How many kinds of accommodations are available?

The Hotel features the following kinds of room: single, double and double with additional bed.
On the recently added 3rd floor superior double rooms and family rooms are also available.

• Are rooms for physically disabled available?

Yes. They are situated on the ground floor but they are not equipped with balcony.

• Sind Haustiere erlaubt?

Haustiere von kleiner Grösse sind mit einem Zuschlag von Euro 5,00 pro Tag erlaubt. Tiere haben jedoch keinen Zutritt zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen des Hotels (Lobby, Restaurant, Bar, Terrasse und am Rand des Schwimmbads).

• What kind of services does the price list include?

The kind of board selected (bed and breakfast, half board, full board); the beach service (with a minimum stay of 3 nights ); large garden, swimming-pool with whirlpool system, bicycles and parking area. Covered terrace with bar. Lounge, TV room, restaurant and bar with air conditioning. Bedrooms with private bath and shower, balcony, in-room safe, telephone, air conditioning and satellite television. The Hotel features also “superior” rooms on the 3rd floor, new rooms (available with connecting door also), equipped with hair-dryer and refrigerator.
The property is 100% air-conditioned and non-smoking.

• It is possible to pay by credit card or check?

We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and do not accept checks, but prefer cash.

• How much is the deposit?

A percentage of the booking period. Upon receiving the deposit we will always send a written confirmation.

• How is it possible to send the deposit?

In three ways:

The Hotel is located in Lignano Pineta, in a quiet area, at about 120 m from the sea.
